Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website are for bulk wholesale quantities only.

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute order acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion.

Payment: Full payment is required before order processing begins. We accept major payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment gateways.

Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If items are out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or issue a refund.

5. Samples

Sample orders may be available for quality assessment before placing bulk orders. Sample policies, pricing, and shipping costs are separate from wholesale terms and will be communicated upon request.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Options: We offer multiple insured shipping methods:

Insured Economy (Ocean + Express): 29–45 days
Insured Standard Shipping (Ocean + Express/FedEx IE): 22–29 days
Insured eCommerce (UPS/FedEx/DHL): 9–14 days

DDP Option: Delivered Duty Paid service is available for approximately +12% per bag, covering all customs duties and taxes.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

International Shipping: You are responsible for compliance with all local import laws and regulations in your destination country.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless you select DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, you are responsible for:

All import duties, taxes, and customs fees
Customs clearance procedures in your country
Any additional charges imposed by local authorities

We declare accurate commercial values on all shipments as required by international law.

8. Returns and Refunds

7-day inspection period upon receipt
